Yanni and Reggie's teaching is like bread and butter, they just combine and go together without a doubt, with their charisma, charms, and kindness! If I have the option to, I would come back!

Yanni’s deep experience in independent schools paired with an ability to analyze situations with laser precision and topped off with a wicked sense of humour make her an exceptional coach. For me, leveling up to Assistant Head of School after 16 years as a Division Director came with some growing pains; Yanni’s values-driven coaching helped me focus my efforts in a way that helped me serve my school while accentuating my professional and personal growth.
